  1. In a heated pan, add your minced pork, cook until it changes colour and until all the water evaporates
  2. Add the oil
  3. Add the aromatics, garlic, & onions
  4. Add the chicken bouillon
  5. Add the tomato sauce & water
  6. Add potatoes & carrots
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste
  8. Simmer to reduce
  9. Once it’s all reduced and thick, check the potatoes & carrots if it’s all soft & cooked
  10. You’re done! Serve with white rice
