For the chicken stock & chicken breast

Boil everything in a pot

Sift

Take the chicken and bones out and strain your stock to remove all other ingredients
This stock is crucial for the Kagikit, as the oil from the stock will give us a juicy dish
For the Kagikit

Shred the chicken breast and take all the cooked meat from the chicken carcass, then set it aside

In a hot wok/pan, add your oil

Add your onions and margarine/butter

Let the butter/margarine melt, then add your garlic and chilli

Add your turmeric and curry powder
-
Add your chicken breast
-
Mix
-
Add the light and dark soy sauce
-
Mix until chicken breast is covered in soy sauce

Add your MSG & sugar, then mix

Add the vinegar
-
Don't mix for a few minutes

Add the chicken stock
-
Let it reduce until there's only the oil left

Serve with white rice or java rice w/ some sides of veggies
