Recipe
KIMCHI JIGGAE INGREDIENTS:
Sliced white onions
Kimchi (sliced into small pieces)
Anchovy Stock Powder
Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
Sesame Oil
Thinly sliced pork (or any meat you prefer)
Paneer or Tofu (whichever you prefer)
Water
HOW TO COOK:
1. Slice your onions
2. Cut your kimchi into small pieces
3. In a small pot, add all your ingredients except for tofu/paneer
4. Bring to a boil
5. Add your Paneer or Tofu and you're done!
