Kimchi Jiggae (Korean Food)

Recipe

KIMCHI JIGGAE INGREDIENTS:

  • Sliced white onions

  • Kimchi (sliced into small pieces)

  • Anchovy Stock Powder

  • Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)

  • Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)

  • Sesame Oil

  • Thinly sliced pork (or any meat you prefer)

  • Paneer or Tofu (whichever you prefer)

  • Water

HOW TO COOK:

1. Slice your onions

2. Cut your kimchi into small pieces

3. In a small pot, add all your ingredients except for tofu/paneer

4. Bring to a boil

5. Add your Paneer or Tofu and you're done!
