Wash and prep your greens.

Dice a whole bulb of garlic.

Heat your pan with oil.

Add the cumin seeds and let them bloom in the hot oil.

Add the mustard seeds next.

Mix, then add the diced garlic.

Sauté until the garlic changes colour.

Add the greens and let them steam for a few minutes.

Keep adding the remaining greens as they wilt down.

Cover and let it steam, seasoning with salt as needed.

Sauté and let the water evaporate to your preferred texture, then add the fried garlic.
