These Airfryer Roasted Chicken Legs come out crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy inside — with almost no effort. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or anyone who wants big flavour without the mess.

Pre-Cook

Pre-heat your air fryer 200C for 15 minutes

Prep your butter while preheating the air fryer
Butter Mixture Prep

In a bowl, add all butter mixture ingredients

Mix everything until combined
How to Cook

Get your chicken legs, pat them dry and rub them with the butter mixture from inside and out

In your air fryer add an airfryer lining

Add the onions & garlic first
-
Then the chicken
-
Add some rosemary at the top, sprinkle salt & pepper

Squeeze in half of the remaining lemon & leave it in the airfryer

Airfry 180C for 20 minutes, flipping on the 10 minute mark

Flip again & airfry at 180C for another 5 minutes

And you’re done!
Gravy

Get all the golden liquid from the chicken that we airfried

In a saucepan, add the golden liquid, butter & flour

Mix until combined

Add water until your desired consistency

Add chicken bouillon
-
Add all the ingredients that were roasted with the chicken

Add salt & pepper to taste

Let it boil, strain & serve with chicken
