- In a small bowl, add your gochujang, gochugaru & sugar
- Mix until combined

- In a small pot, heat your oil
- Add your meat until it browns
- Add onions, green onions & water
- Add your Kimchi, kimchi juice & sauce mixture
- Add the anchovy tablet
- Let it boil for 10-15 mins
- Add your tofu & let it boil for another 5 mins
