Coated in a rich, tangy, and subtly spicy sisig sauce with minced onions and chillies (optional), this dish delivers absolute comfort-food status without the heavy grease.   1. Sauce Prep

    • In a small bowl, combine mayo, liquid seasoning, lemon/calamansi juice, sugar, soy sauce
    • Mix until combined
  2. Tofu Prep

    • Mash your tofu in pieces until you get a texture somewhat similar to minced meat
  3. Cook Time

    • Heat your pan w/oil
    • Add your onions & garlic
    • Sauté until onions get soft
    • Add the sauce mixture
    • Add Salt & Pepper to taste
    • Add Tofu & mix
    • Add a dash of dark soy sauce to add colour
    • Stir fry for 2-3 mins, and you're done!
  4. Serve

    • Serve with warm rice
