Sauce Prep
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, liquid seasoning, lemon/calamansi juice, sugar, soy sauce
- Mix until combined

Tofu Prep
- Mash your tofu in pieces until you get a texture somewhat similar to minced meat

Cook Time
- Heat your pan w/oil
- Add your onions & garlic
- Sauté until onions get soft
- Add the sauce mixture
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste
- Add Tofu & mix
- Add a dash of dark soy sauce to add colour
- Stir fry for 2-3 mins, and you're done!
