  1. In your pressure cooker, add oil and heat it up
  2. Add your cumin seeds and wait for a few seconds for it to bloom
  3. Add your pork, sautee for a bit until it changes colour
  4. Add your Ginger & garlic, sautee until aromatic
  5. Add your Red onions, sautee
  6. Add all the spices, salt and mix until combined
  7. Add the Tomatoes, mix and pressure cook for 15 minutes after 1 whistle
  8. Let the pressure out, open your pressure cooker, turn the heat off and add your chopped coriander
  9. Mix it under residual heat and it's ready to serve with rice!
