In your pressure cooker, add oil and heat it up

Add your cumin seeds and wait for a few seconds for it to bloom

Add your pork, sautee for a bit until it changes colour

Add your Ginger & garlic, sautee until aromatic

Add your Red onions, sautee

Add all the spices, salt and mix until combined

Add the Tomatoes, mix and pressure cook for 15 minutes after 1 whistle

Let the pressure out, open your pressure cooker, turn the heat off and add your chopped coriander

Mix it under residual heat and it's ready to serve with rice!
