  1. In a container, combine all Jeyuk Rub ingredients
  2. Mix until combined

Jeyuk Basting Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine all Jeyuk Basting Sauce ingredients
  2. Mix until combined

Butter/Margarine Mixture

  1. In a small bowl, combine all Butter/Margarine Mixture ingredients
  2. Mix until combined

How to Cook

  1. Rub all sides of the meat in the Jeyuk Rub
  2. Put in Airfryer 130C for 1 hour, flipping on the 30 min mark
  3. Baste with butter mixture and put it back in the airfryer 130C for 1 hour, flipping on the 30 min mark
  4. Baste with the Jeyuk Basting sauce put it back in the airfryer 130C for 30 mins, flipping on the 15 min mark
  5. & you're done!
