Sauce Prep

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, calamansi, sugar, liver spread & knorr liquid seasoning.
  2. Mix until properly combined

How to Cook

  1. In a heated pan, add your minced chicken, cook until it changes colour
  2. Add in your minced onions
  3. Sauté until fragrant
  4. Add salt & pepper
  5. Add in your sauce mixture
  6. Sauté until all the meat has been covered with the sauce
  7. Simmer until the sauce is reduced & sugar has caramelised
  8. When your meat gets a bit charred, it’s all done!
  9. Serve with white rice & runny sunny fried egg
