  1. In a big Tupperware, add in your pork, and all the marinade ingredients
  2. Mix everything & marinate overnight

Basting Sauce Prep

  1. In a bowl, add all basting sauce ingredients
  2. Mix until everything is combined

How to Cook

  1. The following day, take your meat out & we’ll make it into a pork skewer
  2. Fat first, then the meat
  3. Get the sauce mixture & baste your skewers
  4. Pre-heat your airfryer to 200C for 10 minutes
  5. Get the sauce mixture & baste your skewers
  6. Air fry for 180C for 20 minutes, basting & flipping every 5 minutes
  7. Serve with white rice and spiced vinegar or you can have it as is
  8. & you’re done!
