Curry Sauce

  1. In a hot pan, add your oil

  2. Once the oil is hot enough, add your onions

  3. Cover with the lid until onions are soft

  4. Add carrots & potatoes

  5. Cover with a lid and char the potatoes/carrots a bit

  6. Once you see the carrots and potatoes browning, add water
  7. Add 2-3 blocks of curry blocks
  8. Add water as needed
  9. Wait for the blocks to melt and your sauce to thicken up
  10. Once your veggies are soft, it's all done!

Chicken Katsu

  1. Ready your oil for frying
  2. Coat your chicken with flour, egg, then panko
  3. Drop into the hot oil
  4. Fry until both sides are golden

Assembling the Chicken Katsu Curry

  1. Add your rice to your place

  2. Cut your chicken and put it on your plate

  3. Add the curry and finish it off with a sprinkle of dried parsley
