In a hot pan, add your oil

Once the oil is hot enough, add your onions

Cover with the lid until onions are soft

Add carrots & potatoes

Cover with a lid and char the potatoes/carrots a bit

Once you see the carrots and potatoes browning, add water

Add 2-3 blocks of curry blocks

Add water as needed

Wait for the blocks to melt and your sauce to thicken up
