Kani Salad
A fresh and crunchy Japanese‑inspired salad made with shredded kani, crisp cucumber, and a creamy Kewpie‑sriracha dressing. Light, tangy, and slightly spicy — the perfect refreshing side or quick, flavour‑packed snack.

Instructions
Creamy Rigatoni Pasta

Boil your Pasta until al dente

Get some of the pasta water & drain

In a pan, put some oil

Put aromatics (onions & garlic)

Sauté until fragrant

Add in your spices (Salt, Pepper, Chilli flakes, Italian Herbs)

Sauté until mixed properly

Add the flour & mix
-
Add in your cream
-
Add your Tomato sauce/paste & mix until combined

Add your pasta water and simmer for a few minutes,

Add your pasta & you're done!

Garnish with cheese and parsley!
Kani Salad

Microwave the kani for 1 minute
-
Shred or cut the Kani into small pieces, then set aside

Dice your mango and cucumber into small pieces

Add the Kani, mango, & cucumber in a container

Add the sauce ingredients (Kewpie Mayo, Sriracha, a dash of soy, rice wine vinegar)

Mix until combined

Garnish with black and white sesame seeds
